Erika has been a Delaware resident her entire life and comes from a blended family with five siblings. She has 12 years of client service experience and a genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences for both clients and employees.
Erika and her husband, Justin, have been together since 2016 and married in 2020. Together, they are raising five children—three daughters and two sons—who keep life busy, joyful, and full of perspective. Their family also includes a miniature dachshund named Millie, a mixed-breed dog named Kylo, and a guinea pig named Miles. Her lab, Kota, will always hold a very special place in her heart.
