MaKayla serves as a receptionist at Willow Grace Smyrna, where she is dedicated to providing a welcoming and organized experience for both clients and their pets. She began her career in the veterinary field in 2017 as a kennel technician and later gained experience as a veterinary assistant before transitioning into her current role. 
 
Her background in multiple areas of the clinic allows her to effectively support both the medical team and pet owners, helping ensure each visit runs as smoothly as possible. 
 
At home, MaKayla is a busy mom of two and a proud owner of three Australian Shepherds, so she is very familiar with high energy, big personalities, and a little bit of chaos. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and doing crafts—usually with at least one dog trying to “help.”
