With three years of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist, Kristen brings both compassion and dedication to her role every day. While she has a deep love for animals, what truly sets her apart is her passion for client service—taking the time to connect with pet owners, listen to their concerns, and help guide them through the care their beloved companions deserve. She understands that pets are family and strives to make every client feel supported, heard, and cared for. 
 
Outside of work, Kristen stays busy with her husband, TJ, and their three boys—Nick, Colton, and Hayden. Much of their time is spent at the ball field, where Kristen can be found either playing coed softball or cheering on her boys as they play Little League during the week and travel ball on the weekends. 
 
At home, Kristen’s love for animals continues with Sonoma, her energetic Rottweiler/Border Collie mix puppy, and Simba, her cat. 
 
In the rare moments away from baseball, Kristen enjoys family camping trips, getting lost in a good book, or supporting TJ as he races his street stock at their local dirt track.
