Karen moved to Delaware in 2019 from Northern New Jersey, where she started working with animals. Always an animal lover, Karen grew up with dogs. In 2007 she adopted her first of many cats. Karen has worked with animals for over 10 years in many capacities including trapping and rescuing, technician assistant, reception, and taking on administrative and management of the cat program with her prior rescue.
Karen lives with her partner Brad whom she has introduced to the world of animal rescue; her 3 cats Bruiser, Lil’G, and Houdini and her baby girl Ethel whom she saved at the eleventh hour.
